Sara Chessa

  • Sara Chessa is a UK-based independent journalist who writes mainly about social issues, human rights, freedom of the press and environment.

    In collaboration with Professor Patrizia Manduchi, Sara carried out in 2011 research on the field in Kosovo, focused on the secularised way of living the Islamic faith, which is peculiar to the Albanian population.

    After completing a Master of Arts in Social Science and International Cooperation at the University of Cagliari in Sardinia (Italy), Sara collaborated with several news outlets and also with the Italian newspaper, Corriere della Sera.

    In 2016, she moved to London and worked as a project manager for Success Resources, the World’s biggest seminar organiser.

    From the beginning of 2019, Sara has collaborated with the news website wiseupaction.info and other online magazines.

    Trained by Antonella Spotti and Andrea Di Terlizzi, Sara is also a yoga and meditation teacher, holding classes in London.
