Jessie Johnston

  • Dr Jessie Johnston has been living and working in the Northern Territory for the last 25 years.

    She is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and has a Graduate Certificate of Health Professional Education.

    She has worked extensively in Aboriginal Health across the government and non-government sectors and has been a supervisor of medical students, Junior Doctors and General Practice Registrars.

    Dr Johnston is an advocate for Aboriginal Health Practitioners in Primary Health Care and her particular areas of interest are Multidisciplinary Teamwork and Smoking Cessation.
