Dr Glen Anderson (BA (Hons) BA/LLB (Hons) PhD (Macq)) is a senior lecturer in law at the University of Newcastle Australia. He researches and teaches in the areas of property law, equity and trusts, company law and international law.
Dr Anderson has formerly taught Australian and international politics. He has published sole authored articles in law journals such as the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law, Brooklyn Journal of International Law, Denver Journal of International Law and Policy, Connecticut Journal of International Law, Loyola of Los Angeles International and Comparative Law Review, Arizona Journal of International and Comparative Law, University of Western Australian Law Review, Property Law Review, and Deakin Law Review.
His book, Property Law: Philosophy, Concepts and Doctrine, is due for publication with Oxford University Press in 2018.
