TULIKA SAXENA has 12 years of experience as development professional in India where has worked for international and national NGOs.
She has managed many projects on gender issues in India and has technical expertise on gender mainstreaming, gender and governance, gender responsive budgeting, gender and health, sexual harassment at workplace and gender based violence. In addition, she has conducted a number of training programs on gender for various stakeholders like government officials, women leaders, NGOs, and HR professionals of corporate sector.
At present, Tulika is pursuing a PhD at Australian National University and her current research topic is the impact assessment of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act 2005 of India. This research aims to analyse the outcomes for the women who have accessed this Act over 24 months in three States of India.
