Robby Miller is a humane factotum, having studied or worked in Education for migrants, refugees and humanitarian entrants, English literature, Evolution, Gardening, Natural animal behaviour research, Politics, Psychology, Sole parenting and even Theology.
Suffering PTSD following the death of his son, he wrote about the experience of grieving and how an atheist can come to terms with letting go.
His fantasy-sci novel, Death and other Taxes, is an allegory about the human compulsion to want to see our lost loved ones again — arguably one of the roots of belief in an afterlife and the religions that stem from it.
Hobbies include reading, satire and picking up rubbish from parks and beaches.
