  • Victor Luca is a New Zealand-born Australian who has spent his entire working life as a science researcher. He has conducted research at major Australian Universities and spent the past 22 years working at major government nuclear research agencies in Australia and Argentina. Areas of research in which he has been involved include the development novel nano materials for applications in the nuclear fuel cycle, environmental decontamination, Li-ion batteries and the photoelectrochemical generation of hydrogen.
