Rodger Hills has been involved with four non-profit organizations over the last 15 years serving variously in the capacity of Chairman, Director and Executive Director. He is the author of the important civic education book, The Consensus Artifact (ISBN 9780646478296) which is the culmination of five years of research into constitutional design and democracy reform. He is also spearheading the Rethink Australia project, which aims to create a new Australian Constitution by empowering ordinary Australians to deliberate over the rules that govern their nation. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Industrial Design) degree, a Masters degree in Technology Management and is a non-active Graduate Associate of the Institute of Company Directors. Rodger has a longstanding passion for participatory democracy, deliberative processes and constitutional reform.
