Nini Bien works with teenagers and sees the effect of social change every day. She continually ponders the effect that marketing has on our culture.
Like plenty of Australians, Nini is a true multi-cultural mongrel, and having parents and step-parents from various cultures taught her to see things from many perspectives. She has also lived and worked in three very different European countries.
Ms Bien has also been very happy to mix classes and abandoned her inner city, latte-sipping lifestyle to move deep into Pauline Hanson territory. There, she has met a wealth of warm and friendly people and believes that misinformation and misunderstanding is the greatest thing holding back our progress.
Early on, she was compelled to test the theory that it is only careful thought that can set life on a persistently upward trajectory. This approach continues to bring dividends.
