Helen Camakaris

Dr Helen Camakaris is a retired research scientist and an Honorary Fellow at the University of Melbourne, where she obtained her PhD in the Department of Microbiology in 1975. Since 2009, she has been writing in areas that relate to sustainability and climate change, evolution, psychology and politics.

Helen writes popular science articles and essays and is currently working on a book.
