Alyce Sala Tenna lives in Perth, Western Australia. She was diagnosed with epilepsy in her teenage years, however, for the last ten years has not been able to control her seizures with medication.
In 2019, after years of investigations and intensive medical testing, Alyce was confirmed as a surgical candidate for epilepsy neurosurgery. This was performed in April 2020.
Outside of managing her epilepsy, Alyce works at a consultancy as an environmental scientist and on her weekends enjoys sun, surf and attempting to make piano versions of Nirvana songs.
