Zoe Staines

Dr Zoe Staines is an independent research consultant and sessional academic at the Queensland University of Technology.

She has previously held research and policy positions in the Queensland Government, academia and the not-for-profit sector, most recently working as a researcher, senior policy officer and manager of evaluation at Cape York Institute for Policy and Leadership.

Zoe has a keen research interest in Indigenous governance, policy and evaluation. She holds degrees, including a PhD, in criminology.
