Shannen Higginson is a PhD candidate in Health Economics at the University of Newcastle, NSW, Australia. In 2019, she achieved First Class Honours in Food and Nutrition Science at Deakin University, Melbourne. In 2019-2020, she worked for the University of Newcastle and Deakin University as a research assistant and has also completed work for the World Bank.
