Philip Feinstein

  • Philip Feinstein is originally from South Africa and has been living in Australia for almost 40 years.

    He is a fanatic in self esteem, especially for kids. This came from his involvement in the Smokenders stop smoking program, which is based on personal growth and behaviour modification. He has also been involved with the Aunties and Uncles organisation for about 25 years, which aims to assist children from disadvantaged backgrounds. In addition, he has an ongoing involvement in collecting clothing and toys, and shipping them to Zimbabwean children in containers.

    A talented musician and composer, Philip has been involved with B'nai Brith kids music composing competition for some time. For the last year or so, he has been teaching child detainees music at Villawood Detention Centre.
