Starting from a young age as a cleaner in a city pub, Joshua worked his way up to become a chef, owning and operating his own café, restaurant and bar.

With international exposure and a diverse background, as well as a passion for the hospitality industry, Joshua has a unique perspective and a deep understanding of diverse cultures and cuisines. He is dedicated to personal growth, having been mentored by individuals from various industries and has developed a well-rounded skill set.
