Harold Lubansky spent 25 years in the clothing industry, ten years as Managing Director of Australia’s leading menswear company, Stafford Group and many years an executive member and director of the competing industry bodies: TFIA for manufacturers and AIAA for importers. Passionate to work with people with a disability, he joined Scope Vic Ltd formerly Spastic Society of Vic before developing healthcare companies Rehab Assist in Australia & Phoenix Healthcare in HK. He was awarded a Centenary medal for services to Scouting & AFL football and is a Governor of the Victorian Scout Foundation & a Fellow of the World Scout Foundation.
