Ha Nguyen

Dr Ha Nguyen is a Melbourne-based writer and systems analyst with a background in materials science and sustainability. She holds a PhD in Materials Science from Swinburne University and previously worked as a Senior Application Chemist at BASF Australia.

Nguyen's writing focuses on the structural design of policy systems where well-intentioned reforms interact with the institutions and incentives around them.
