Graham Paterson is a retired engineer who has worked in Papua New Guinea, Malaya, Indonesia, Fiji and throughout Australia.
He has also taught English as a second language in Papua New Guinea, Fiji, Indonesia and China.
Over the past 40 years, he has made submissions to Constitutional conventions, given speeches to groups and developed a detailed Periodic Constitutional Review System. The purpose of this latter idea is to provide an opportunity for any interested person to propose changes to the Constitution.
Two of his books on the Australian Constitution have been published: A Constitutional Journey, and The Australian Constitution as it is Actually Written. Several of his books on teaching English as a foregn language, have also been published.
