Braidwood's Changing Times is a small, fortnightly, independent publication serving the town of Braidwood and its surrounding villages.
It was established in April 2020 and replaces the Braidwood Times, which disappeared when ACM closed all the southern regional papers due to the COVID-19 shutdown.
Braidwood's Changing Times believes that regional towns need local news and they need it in print. The early success of this venture certainly bears out that belief.
Its mission is to provide the Braidwood and Villages communities with local news and information without fear or favour. Changing Times is edited by Robin Tennant-Wood and published by Paul Cockram. It is entirely written and produced in Braidwood and is the sixth newspaper in Braidwood's 180-year history, dating from the gold rush era.
