Parashar Das is a current Law and Media student at University of Adelaide.
Piercing this veil, Parashar comes to journalism pairing a disdain for sensationalism with a deep respect for the duty to inform the public.
He has returned from a successful journalism internship with the ABC's Washington Bureau, covering NSA surveillance, U.S./Egypt relations and one too many White House Briefs from Jay Carney.
An avid musician prone to pondering, he works amongst Adelaide's weirdly wonderful Exeter Hotel crew and has seen both sharp wit and youthful folly sip from the same pint glass.
‘Good public debate must not only be accessible to, but assessable by its audiences.’
